About FoilerAI
The consumer trust layer for the AI era.
Our mission
Give every consumer, family and small business the protection of a world-class cybersecurity team, delivered by agentic AI, priced for everyone, and accountable for its answers.
Our vision
To be the consumer trust layer for the AI era.
Why we built it
What actually protects a large organization is not any single tool. It is the team that watches the tools, connects the signals, decides and acts. Consumers and small businesses have been sold tools for thirty years (antivirus, VPNs, password managers) while the thing that matters, that team, stayed an enterprise luxury.
AI changes the economics of that team for the first time. Spotting a threat, judging it, acting on it and explaining it can now be done by software at a cost a household can afford. Put simply: this is what well-funded companies buy. Now you can too.
We lead with outcomes, not technology. Our promise is not that our AI is smart. It is that enterprise-grade protection is on duty around the clock. And we are open about how we handle your data, permanently: your data is never sold and never monetized.
The name
The foil revolutionized surfing by letting surfers rise above the chop. FoilerAI lets you surf above the attacks. The attacks don't stop; they just stop reaching you.
Foil is also the verb: to defeat a scheme before it succeeds. One word, both meanings, describing the same act. Rising above the chop is how the attack gets foiled. FoilerAI foils scams, phishing, fake invoices, deepfakes, dangerous links and viruses. Whatever comes next, FoilerAI will raise you above it.
Who is behind FoilerAI
Jack has spent thirty years in cybersecurity, on both sides of the market. For twelve years he was the chief information security officer (CISO) of three multi-billion-dollar organizations: the 11th-largest U.S. auto insurer and the 5th- and 10th-largest U.S. county governments. Before that he spent four years as Corporate Information Security Officer for the 3rd-largest U.S. life insurer.
In those roles he personally architected, built and ran security operations centers, the systems that collect and connect security signals, incident response and regulatory compliance. That is the exact architecture FoilerAI brings to consumers and small businesses.
He then spent five years as Field CISO for high-growth security companies, including Darktrace, the category leader in AI-driven detection and response, and has done more than ten years of hands-on AI security work, including the technical review of an AI security startup that was later acquired for $150 million.
Jack is a published author and the author of a consumer cybersecurity patent, with long-standing relationships across the North American CISO community, insurers and industry analysts.
