These terms cover your use of FoilerAI. By using FoilerAI you agree to them.

FoilerAI is in alpha

FoilerAI is an early version, offered to a small number of people while we build it. Features may change, pause or stop, and we may end access to the alpha at any time.

What FoilerAI does, and its limits

FoilerAI checks your email for scams, viruses and other threats, warns you about what it finds, and moves scams out of your inbox. No protection catches everything. FoilerAI can miss a threat, and it can sometimes warn you about an email that turns out to be fine. You stay in charge of your own decisions, such as paying a bill or signing in to a website.

Your part

• Use FoilerAI only for mailboxes you own or are allowed to protect.
• Do not use FoilerAI to break the law, to attack others, or to interfere with the service.
• Keep your Google account secure.

Your data

Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Your data is never sold and never monetized.

No warranty

FoilerAI is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or that it will catch every threat.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, FoilerAI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by a threat FoilerAI did not catch.

Ending your use

You can stop using FoilerAI at any time by disconnecting your mailbox.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page and tell you about important changes by email.
